Project Sint-Jacobsmarkt

From the beginning of this project, it was clear that we wanted to create luxury apartments.

To achieve this goal, we decrease the amount of units from 8 to 6 so we could maximize the surface of each apartment.

Bentro did great work on installing building automation, ventilation and videophone, as well as the general electricity works.

Matcolors ensured a beautiful finish of the walls and ceilings, but also the different wood types of the stairs and windows.
